Refund Policy

At Stamped by Nicole Tax & Notary Services LLC we stand behind the quality of our services. Please review our refund policy for each service carefully before purchasing.

Section 01

General Notary Services

  • No refunds after a notarization has been completed and the notary seal has been applied
  • If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice a $25 cancellation fee may apply
  • Travel fees are non-refundable once our notary has departed for your location
  • If we are unable to complete your notarization due to circumstances on our end you will receive a full refund
Section 02

Loan Signing Agent Services

  • No refunds after a loan signing appointment has been completed
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee
  • Print and scan back fees are non-refundable once documents have been printed
  • Rush fees are non-refundable once the signing has been accepted
Section 03

Tax Preparation Services

  • No refunds after your tax return has been prepared, reviewed by you, and submitted for e-filing
  • If an error is made on our part due to a mistake we made we will correct it at no charge
  • We are not responsible for refund amounts determined by the IRS — refund amounts are not guaranteed
  • Preparation fees are non-refundable once the return has been completed and delivered
  • If you provide incorrect information that results in an amended return additional preparation fees may apply
Section 04

Tax Software

All tax software sales are final once access credentials have been provided and activated.

  • No refunds after software access credentials have been delivered to you
  • Please ensure you have an active and approved EFIN before purchasing — we cannot refund purchases made without an EFIN
  • If you have not yet received your access credentials and wish to cancel please contact us within 24 hours of purchase
  • Software pricing is subject to change — the price at the time of your purchase is final

Stamped Academy — Tax Mentorship ($299)

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • No refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • No refunds after any course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or coaching sessions have been completed
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to materials please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it
Section 06

Stamped Academy — Notary Mentorship ($97 / $297 / $300)

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed
  • No refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • No refunds after any coaching sessions have been completed
  • Bundle purchases ($300) follow the same 7-day refund policy
Section 07

Officiant Services

  • All deposits are non-refundable — deposits secure your ceremony date
  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your ceremony date the remaining balance will not be charged
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your ceremony date the full balance is due
  • If we are unable to fulfill your ceremony due to an emergency on our end we will provide a full refund including the deposit
Section 08

Virtual Mailbox

  • Monthly plans — no refunds for the current billing period
  • Annual plans — prorated refund available if cancelled within the first 30 days
  • No refunds after 30 days on annual plans
  • Mail forwarding fees and print fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed
Section 09

Fingerprinting Services

  • Fingerprinting fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed
  • IdentoGO appointment fees are subject to IdentoGO's own refund policy
  • If you arrive without a confirmed IdentoGO appointment we cannot serve you and no refund will apply to any fees paid
Section 10

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund please contact us within the applicable refund window:

  • Include your name, date of purchase, service purchased, and reason for refund request
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method
